30 weeks + ultrasound

Looking back, stripes were probably not my brightest decision today :/

We had our 30-week check up and ultrasound yesterday and this gal just got way more excited for little man’s arrival! There’s something about seeing his face while he’s still in my belly that just made it all that more real. Not that the constant dance party in my belly isn’t a constant reminder. It looks like he’ll have Andy’s ears, nose and lip but I see my chin in a couple of these!

Percentile: 90th based on measurements << 90th?!?!?!?!
Weight: Approx 4lbs 1oz
Due Date: still on track for October 5th

How far along? 30 weeks, 2 days
Total weight gain? 17 lbs
Maternity clothes? most definitely. sundresses and maxi skirts have become my bff
Stretch marks? nope
Sleep: ok, it’s just hard to get comfy sometimes. I have to get up at least once to pee and am really missing sleeping on my stomach
Best moment this week: seeing his sweet face at the ultrasound
Miss anything? coffee …and a cold beer on these triple digit days
Movement: all the time!
Food cravings: lately – chocolate. I think I made cookies twice within in the past few weeks 😐 don’t judge.
Anything making you queasy or sick: nope
Labor signs: some braxton hicks contractions but very sporadic
Symptoms: heartburn and sciatic nerve pains in my hips
Belly button in or out? barely poking out. it’ll be an outie any day now!
Wedding rings on or off? on and I plan to keep them there
Happy or Moody? honestly, pretty moody …and sensitive as all get out. seriously, it’s pretty ridiculous how easy it is to burst into tears.
Looking forward to: our barn will be delivered next week – whoo hoo!
